Unique TRUMPF technologies applied in the TRUMPF TC L 4050 S 6000W laser cutting machine:

Longitudinal conveyor: Conveyor for removing small parts and large pieces of scale in
a special container located outside the processing area. The direction of movement of the conveyor can
be changed for a while, for example, in order to collect a trial part.

 

Drives: The X axis is designed as a portal axis and is equipped with electric motors on both sides. X axis
and Y are linear direct actuators equipped with a combined motor.

material. This ensures maximum processing speed throughout the entire working area.

ContourLas: Special motion technique for stable cutting during machining
thick plate and making holes, the diameter of which is much smaller than the thickness
processed material, up to 0.4 x material thickness.

Micro-welding: Connects the finished part to the remnants of the sheet using spot welding.
ToPs 100 programming.

 

Oil spray device: Delivers oil to the burn point. Recommended when processing thick
sheets to exclude the formation of a crater during burning. Precise oil injection reduces harm
environment, while reducing the time for reworking parts.

 

Laser diode for positioning: Provides optical control when the zero point is shifted by
sheet at the beginning of processing.

 

Programmable cutting gas pressure selection: By program controlled valve
for materials of various types and thicknesses and is indicated on the control panel.

Automatic shutdown: Puts the machine after a certain time into the "Standby" mode,

CO2 laser: The TLF laser is a high frequency gas laser. The choice of the type of laser is due to the high quality of the beam and reliable cutting results with limited gas consumption. The machine is supplied as standard with a TLF 6000 laser equipped with a radial fan for pumping the laser gas. All lasers have devices for mixing gases and are built into the machine in order to save space. The laser is installed and aligned at the factory.

High frequency laser control: Provides the best laser beam quality with stepless power control, no electrode wear and no fouling of the resonator and internal optics as the electrodes are outside the laser gas. Minor maintenance work.

Laser control system: The TASK 3 system (Trumpf advanced specialized control) is directly connected (via the Bit-Bus) to the machine control and is integrated into the control panel. The main distinguishing features: a graphical representation of the work process, sufficient diagnostic capabilities, up to 99 programmable load cycles for optimal piercing of the starting hole. The laser power is controlled based on the type of surface of the workpiece.

Logbuch Laser Function: Reminds you of the need for timely laser maintenance and allows you to quickly analyze the displayed error in the event of a failure.

Cooling unit: A closed circuit is used to cool the mirrors, the support frame and the gas supply system. Thus, as far as possible,

thermal deformations are excluded.

Automation

Cross conveyor of shavings with container: Designed for transporting slag and small parts to a container standing next to the machine.

LiftMaster: The LiftMaster R is a compact loading and unloading device. With its help, it is possible to operate the machine for many hours, for example, during 2 shifts, without operator intervention. By analogy with the loading device, the sheet is moved to the machine; there is a separating magnet for fluffing the sheets. The scope of delivery also includes a fluffing device and a device for measuring sheet thickness. For unloading, the LiftMaster R is equipped with two combs that move at the same level. The LiftMaster is positioned over the processed sheet with open combs, the combs converge between the sheet and the supports and the sheet is removed from the machine. The LiftMaster pivots to the unloading position, opens the grippers and leaves the finished sheet. The pivoting design of the device provides good access to the machine's pallet changer.
