Fiber laser TRUMPF TRULASER 3030 L49 3kW built in 2015.

The machine is equipped with the TRUMPF RotoLas pipe and profile cutting attachment, which allows you to machine pipes with a flat cutter. To speed up and automate production, the laser is adapted to work with a sheet metal loading system such as the Trumpf LoadMaster. A Siemens SINUMERIK 840D SL CNC system was used to control the laser.

TRUMPF laser

The Trulaser 3000 family of cutters are equipped with a laser beam on a chip, which gives them great flexibility in the choice of material to be cut and its thickness (thin plate, thick, structural steel or non-ferrous metals such as titanium, copper or brass).
The TruDisk laser can be used with diode pumping, pulsed and continuous modes. The advantages of a crystal laser are very good beam shape due to the small opening angle, small beam radius and high efficiency. Thanks to the built-in laser unit in the machine body, the device is very compact and requires little installation space.
